    He and his girlfriend were both arrested for domestic abuse against each other.
    Due to the arrests, his child was placed into child protective services.
    He was involved in an alcohol related accident after already being charged with a DUI and driving on a suspended license.
    To avoid further charges, he placed the body of his unconscious girlfriend behind the steering wheel (the charges went against her).
    He abused cocaine and marijuana.
