Why I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! might be annoying:

They torture celebrities.
ABC planned to rename the series 'I'm a Star, Let Me Outta Here!,' but didn't.
In order to get meals, the contestants must perform a scary challenge usually involving snakes, leeches, rodents and bugs.
They call their challenges 'Bush Tucker Trials.' 'Bush Tucker' is Australian slang for native foods.
Sir Bob Geldof's 'Castaway Television,' owns the rights to Survivor, so CBS (the channel that airs 'Survivor') sued ABC and Granada to prevent them from airing 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!'
In retaliation for being sued by Castaway, Granada may sue Castaway Television over a celebrity version of Survivor.

Why I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! might not be annoying:

Viewers are able to see celebrities without make-up.
Executive producer, Alex Gardiner, said: 'We want to give them a hard time. We don't want to kill them.'
Many of the celebrities truly bonded.
The cash prizes are donated to the charity of the celebrity's choice.
