Why he might be annoying:

    He became the self-proclaimed 'No. 1 announcer' after Stephanie McMahon gave him a job on SmackDown!
    His antics might get boring after a while.
    His run in the WWF has been unimpressive, as he has only won one major title so far.
    He was mostly used as a jobber (someone who makes other peoples' moves look painful) after TAKA Michinoku (his tag team partner) went to Japan.

Why he might not be annoying:

    The first people he interviewed after becoming an announcer were Al Wilson and Dawn Marie while they were showering.
    He was part of a stable called Kaientai that became huge with the fans.
    He makes up for his small size by pulling off some very impressive manuevers.
    He has had some hilarious segments with Tajiri, where the two would mock other wrestlers with their limited English-speaking skills.
    He was able to find success in the world's biggest wrestling company with broken English and a lot of talent.
