    Attended the University of Kentucky
1st overall pick in the 1999 NFL Draft

Why he might be annoying:

His tenure with the Browns was less then memorable.
He was a huge bust, considering he was the first overall pick in the 1999 NFL Draft.
He cried when the Browns fans booed him.
The Browns thought so highly of him that they took him passing on Donovan McNabb.
He failed to live up to his potential which led to his release.
He failed to make the Packers as Brett Favre's backup.
His inconsistency led to the Browns signing Kelly Holcomb who took them to the post-season in Couch's absence.
    He is injury prone.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was part of the Brown's awful drafting strategy.
He had a record career at Kentucky.
He was unfairly put into the spotlight when the Browns returned in 1999 and drafted him 1st overall.
