Baseball Player

The Resume

    (August 11, 1986- )
    Born in Puerto Cabello, Venezuela
    Bats switch, throws right
Third baseman for the San Francisco Giants
    World Series MVP (2012)

Why he might be annoying:

He is a devout Roman Catholic.
His nickname is 'Kung Fu Panda.'
Although he was born left handed, he taught himself to throw right handed because he did not want to play outfield all of his career.
During the Giants' 2010 World Series Championship season, he suffered a sophomore slump with a .268 batting average, 13 home runs, and 63 RBI.
He suffered a broken hamate bone in April 2011 which caused him to miss 41 MLB games.
He always blesses himself after each base hit.

Why he might not be annoying:

The San Francisco Chronicle wrote that he had made the most impressive transition from the Giants farm system since 1986 when Will Clark and Robby Thompson were rookies.
In 2012, he set a franchise record for longest consecutive hitting streak to begin a season at 19.
He joined Babe Ruth, Reggie Jackson, and Albert Pujols as the only players to score three home runs in a single World Series game.
He was the first in World Series history to hit three home runs in his first three plate appearances.
