    What the hell kinda name is Avigayil?
    She was the target of a sour-grapes elderly neighbor who complained to the authorities that she was running a lemonade stand without a license.
    She became the first child ever to have her lemonade stand shut down because she didn't have a business permit.

Why she might not be annoying:

    Her mother tried to buy Avigayil a permit, but the city gave it to her for free.
    After reopening, she decided to give out her lemonade for free.
    She had a tip jar which became full very quickly.
    People travelled from out of town to patronize her stand and donate large amounts of money to her tip jar.
    She generated enough tip money to start a college fund.
    She used some of the money to purchase a figure-skating dress.
    She has been asked to appear on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,' 'Late Night with David Letterman,' 'Live with Kya Phillips,' Rush Limbaugh's show and various radio stations.
