    Drafted 19th overall by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 1998 NBA Draft
    Power forward for the Phoenix Suns (1998-99) and the Orlando Magic (1999-2008)
    Secretary and treasurer for the National Basketball Players Association Executive Committee (2000-08)

Why he might be annoying:

    His draft rights were traded twice before he actually played in an NBA game.
    He was nicknamed 'The Sheriff' as a result of his name sounding too close to that of Pat Garrett.
    He was injury prone in the later stages of his career.
    He never made the Magic's starting line up in the last five seasons of his career.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was valedictorian of his high school graduating class (1994).
    He had an impressive four year college career at Notre Dame, earning Big East Men's Basketball Player of the Year honor (1997), along with Academic All-American honors in his junior and senior seasons.
    He was acquired by the Magic in the trade that sent Penny Hardaway to the Suns.
    He was one of the first NBA players to publicly show his support for John Amaechi, after Amaechi announced his homosexuality.
