When posing, he seemed to rely on the 'Zoolander' blue steel stare.
Although the Guinness people recognized him as the smallest bodybuilder, they did not include him in the published world records book.

Why he might not be annoying:

He could lift half his bodyweight.
His trainer said, 'Romeo trains more or less the same as everyone else and he's much more determined.'
Primordial dwarfism, the cause of his small stature, also causes aneurysms, one of which ruptured in his brain and killed him at age 23.
