It's like the Teletubbies on acid.
The Boohbahs look a lot like Grimace.
The children call the Boohbahs by using the chant 'Humbah, Zumbah, Zing Zing Zingbah, Jumbah, Jingbah Booh!'

Why Boohbah might not be annoying:

They encourage children to exercise.
They do fun dances.
The show is popular with deaf children.
