Wrote 'Save the Animals! 101 Easy Things You Can Do,' 'Kids Can Save the Animals! 101 Easy Things to Do,' 'The Compassionate Cook,' '250 Ways to Make Your Cat Adore You' and 'You Can Save the Animals: 251 Simple Ways to Stop Thoughtless Cruelty and Free the Animals!'

She sees no difference between humans and animals. She said: 'The smallest form of life, even an ant or a clam, is equal to a human being.' She told the Washington Post: 'Six million Jews died in concentration camps, but six billion broiler chickens will die this year in slaughter houses' (November 13, 1983).

She is against people owning pets.
She believes dogs should be set free telling the Chicago Daily Herald 'They would have full lives, not waiting at home for someone to come home in the evening and pet them and then sit there and watch TV' (March 1, 1990).
She told the Washington Post: 'Even if animal tests produced a cure for AIDS, We'd be against it' (May 30, 1989).
    She hates the circus.
She said: 'Animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on or use for entertainment.'
Her organization donated $1,500 to the Earth Liberation Front, a domestic terrorist group that sets fires to SUVs in California (2001).
    She is a vegan.
Her group PeTA is the largest animal rights organization in the world.
Her original goal was 'investigating, publicizing and ending animal cruelty.'
She was involved in the first US arrest of a lab animal scientist on animal cruelty charges.
