Why he might be annoying:

He refuses to give out his birth date (he has claimed 1971).
He suffers from night terrors.
His hygiene habits are suspect.
He will do anything for air time, including kissing High-Pitched Eric, taking a bath with a guy, and wrestling.
Head writer Jackie Martling always thought Benjy was after his job, and after Jackie quit, Benjy took his place.
He will (on occasion) wear a dress.
He loves to be naked.
He is overly dramatic to a point of embarrassment.

Why he might not be annoying:

He does excellent research for the Howard Stern Show.
He made a pass at Anna Nicole Smith and she immediately accepted his advance.
His self proclaimed best feature is his soulful eyes.
Although his efforts go somewhat unnoticed he is a gifted joke writer on 'The Howard Stern Show.'
He graduated Penn State.
