Why Milan, Italy might be annoying:

It was the Cisalpine Republic's capital city after Napoleon dominated the region of Lombardy (1796).
Benito Mussolini established the Italian Fascist movement there (1919).
It has been taken over by the Nazis (1943-1945).
An airplane crashed into the Pirelli Tower (April 18, 2002).
It is a very expensive city to live in.

It has so many museums, universities, restaurants and stores.
The Milan Cathedral is one of the biggest cathedrals in the world.
The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is the city's most popular shopping center.
The Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie is the home of Leonardo da Vinci's famous fresco of 'The Last Supper.'
Their soccer stadium, San Siro hosted soccer matches during the FIFA World Cup (1934 and 1990).
It is home to the two popular soccer clubs, the A.C. Milan and the F.C. Internazionale Milano.
