Her biggest hit ‘Les Sucettes’ was filled with many racy double-entendres, like singing about liking lollipops.
She was so offended by her song being used that way, she refused to sing it ever again.
Her first name is the same as her home country.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was too young to understand that the song could be interpreted as being about oral sex.
She is involved with a number of charities.
Her husband died from a heart attack at 44.
