The Resume

    (September 15, 1984-November 2, 1991)
Jim Henson as Himself; Greg Berg as Scooter; Howie Mandel as Skeeter; Laurie O'Brien as Miss Piggy; Russi Taylor as Gonzo; Frank Welker as Kermit; Katie Leigh as Rowlf; Barbara Billingsley as Nanny; David Coulier as Animal
Premise: The muppet babies engage their active imaginations

Why Muppet Babies might be annoying:

It begs the question - if there are muppet babies, are there muppet abortions?
Nanny's bold fashion statement of striped green and white socks never caught fire.
You never got to see Nanny's face, just her massive Amazonian legs.
Sometimes their imaginations were so vivid that it seemed like those babies were tripping.
They claimed to make your dreams come true in their anthem, but since most of our dreams are about illicit sex, this was impossible.
It remained to be released on DVD as of 2012.

Why Muppet Babies might not be annoying:

It won four consecutive Daytime Emmy's for Outstanding Animated Series (1985–1988).
There were peppy musical numbers in many of the episodes.
Jim Henson was still alive and behind the series while it aired.
