Why they might be annoying:

They watch their home games in a domed stadium.
Despite Vancouver being the third largest city in Canada, they didn't get their own franchise until the mid 1950s.
Interest in the team was scarse prior to the hiring of Wally Buono.
They were forced to deal with many marquee players leaving as a result of poor ownership.
Since the Buono era, they developed a 'win or nothing' mentality.

Why they might not be annoying:

They were happy to receive their own CFL franchise.
When the team was in receivership and nearly folded, they organized a ticket drive to save their team.
They watched their team defeat the Baltimore Stallions in the 1994 Grey Cup on home turf.
