Why he might be annoying:

    He made at least 827 calls to a fifteen year old girl in a single month time.
    He called at any hour of the day.
    All of his calls were to women, which means he is charge with a hate (biased) crime.
    Many of his calls were bizarre, including noise and imitation of the meow mix cat meowing commercial.
    He threatened the girls and women he called with rape, raping their mothers and even saying he would kill them.
    At the time of his arrest, his calls were known to have targeted four teenage girls and five women in Westchester County, NY.
    Westchester's DA Jeanine Pirro said: 'He would threaten them, he would indicate what he was going to do to them. He indicated that he could see them, that he was watching them, and he repeatedly and continuously called them.'
    He lives with his parents.
