Why Unsolved Mysteries might be annoying
All mysteries are unsolved! That's the point of mysteries!
They added an unpopular female co-host as Robert Stack aged (1998).
They featured a bunch of bullshit ghost and alien abduction stories.
They remind people it is not a news broadcast, before every episode.
They tend to lean towards accepting the theory behind a mystery that was the most bogus.
Their dramatic re-enactments were pretty cheesy.
It switched networks three times.
Robert Stack wore a trench coat inside the studio for some unsolved mysterious reason.
Its the polar opposite of 'Penn and Teller's Bullshit!'
It did not survive the death of Robert Stack.
Why Unsolved Mysteries might not be annoying
It helped find many fugitives from the law and has been enormously beneficial to law enforcement.
It is a hit among women, particularly moms.
It gave Robert Stack fame outside of 'The Untouchables' and 'Airplane!'
It survived its many network switches.
They wisely decided not to continue the series after Stack's death.
It had a memorable and catchy theme.
