Why The Soup might be annoying:

Joel acts incredibly smug on the show.
They have a strange obsession with 'Tony Danza Show.'
It is basically 'Best Week Ever' with one panelist.
Despite the fact that there is laughter during the show, there is no audience. Instead, it is the crew laughing.
Their segment 'Chat Stew' opens with a women saying 'so meaty.'
They make the same jokes about Kevin Federline each week.

Why The Soup might not be annoying:

It is revamping of the show 'Talk Soup.'
Despite his constant mocking of 'Tony Danza Show,' Joel got a guest spot on it.
Their segment 'Cybersmack' is a video contest for fans sponsored by 'YouTube.'
They are not afraid to mock someone.
