Why he might be annoying:

He dyes his neck hair blue.
He spent almost all his time on the race yelling at people, especially Victoria.
He blamed Victoria for every single problem they encountered on the race.
He hit Victoria with car trunks twice.
He shoved Victoria because they did not come in first place.
He threatened to hit Victoria on several occasions.
He tried many stunts to increase his camera time, like taking his shirt off and doing a zip line upside down.
Before the season started, he said he deliberately wanted to be the villain, but now is blaming the show's editors for making him look worse than he really was.
He claimed that the steroids he took for a rare disease contributed to his abusive behavior.
His biography at the Internet Movie Database is ridiculously complimentary, leading many to believe he wrote it himself.

Why he might not be annoying:

He married a Playboy model.
He and Victoria usually finished near first place until they were eliminated.
He handed out chocolates to impoverished children in Africa.
The day after the shoving incident aired he put up a post on his website apologizing to Victoria and the show's fans.
