Why they might be annoying:

As a play on their name, they posed for publicity photos wearing Dracula capes.
    They were one hit wonders.
A number of critics felt their hit ripped off the Yardbirds' 'I'm A Man.'
AllMusic wrote about their follow-ups, 'They tried but never issued another record half as good.'

Why they might not be annoying:

They had to turn down a million dollars worth of tour offers to stay in college (and keep their draft deferments).
One critic described 'Psychotic Reaction' as 'a record that is almost too simple for people to take seriously, yet it is so unique in its simplicity that it achieves real greatness.'
'Psychotic Reaction' was named one of the 500 Songs That Shaped Rock and Roll by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
