Why he might be annoying
He spells his name 'Orlondo' rather then the conventional spelling of 'Orlando.'
His playing career ended when he was released by the Argos after he played his ninth game of the season in a cost-cutting move.
Despite being groomed as a potential head coach in the CFL, he spent the 2017 season in the NCAA, only to return a year later.
Some pundits felt he was too undersized as a defensive back.
He admitted he was offered a chance to work as a broadcaster when his playing career ended, which he said he never took seriously.
Why he might not be annoying
He was the last active player to play as a member of the Ottawa Rough Riders franchise.
He earned three Grey Cup rings during his career (two as a player and one as a coach).
He was highly sought after for coaching vacancies, that June Jones voluntarily resigned his head coaching position to him, in order for the Tiger-Cats not to lose him to another team.
He guided the Tiger-Cats to a 15-3 record in his first season as the team's head coach.
In an ironic turn of events, he was traded to the Argonauts in a trade for Mike O'Shea, the man he would coach against in the Grey Cup game 19 years later.
