Premise: In an effort to be helpful, things backfire for Tim

All the characters seem to be club footed (the heels of the foot face each other).
Fox turned down the series.
Comedy Central offered to buy it but only wanted six episodes.
To show a character deep in thought it is drawn with the hand behind the head.
The animation and characters are poorly drawn.
The noses are drawn weirdly looking like either a sock or an elephant foot.

Similar to the Office, the show concentrates on awkward uncomfortable moments.
Tim is reminiscent of Ray from 'Everyone Loves Raymond.'
Unlike most animated TV the characters have 5 fingers not 4.
Sometimes there is writing camouflaged in the hair.
Tim looks like Steve Dildarian the creator and provider of Tim's voice.
