His actual name is Fred Freeman, Jr.
He admitted in an interview that his dad took him out of an Angels-Blue Jays game as a kid for not standing up for O Canada prior to the start of the game.
Why he might not be annoying
He was born in Southern California to Canadian parents, and played for Canada at the World Baseball Classic to honor his roots.
He lost his mom to melanoma at the age of 10, and often wears long sleeves when playing regardless of the temperature.
He was considered one of the few untouchable players on the Braves roster, during the team's rebuilding years.
He hit for the cycle (2016)
His easygoing nature made him a fan favorite in Atlanta.
