Why she might be annoying:

She signed the 'Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act' into law (April 23, 2010).
The bill, would require police to question people about their immigration status if there is reason, other than race, ethnicity or national origin, to suspect they are illegal immigrants.
Many people view this as racial profiling.
She was the subject of protests around the United States.
She also signed legislation that would allow people in her state to carry an unloaded gun.

Why she might not be annoying:

She signed an amendment to the illegal immigration bill that would minimize the possibility of 'racial profiling.'
She signed legislation that would recognize homosexual couples as dependents for health insurance and other privileges.
Her father died of lung disease when she was just eleven years old.
She is a direct descendant of Sarah Jane Marble who immigrated to the United States the same year the Statue of Liberty was constructed.
She vetoed a bill which would've allowed businesses to deny services to anybody they chose on the grounds of religious liberty (February 26, 2014).
