Why she might be annoying:

That long name.
She married her first cousin, mentally unstable Pietro.
Their marriage was not consummated until a number of years after the nuptials.
She attended raucous parties thrown by her other cousin Isabella.
Trapped in an unfulfilling marriage, Isabella encouraged her to have affairs, as she had done.
One of her lovers, handsome poet Bernardino Antinori, was thrown in jail after his love letters to Leonora were discovered hidden in her footstool.
He was discovered strangled in his cell weeks later.

Why she might not be annoying:

She expressed an ebullient personality and quick wit.
A celebrated beauty, her eyes were described 'like two stars in her head.'
Pietro spent much of her dowry to lavish on his mistresses.
Enraged at his cuckolding, Pietro choked her with a dog leash at their country estate.
Six days after her killing, Isabella was murdered by her husband in a similar fashion.
Her toddler son Cosimino mysterious died a few after her, with Pietro, unsure if the boy was his biological child, being the main suspect.
