Why he might be annoying:

His last name is actually spelt Stützle, but he opted to anglicize it to Stuetzle for the North American media.
He initially made a verbal agreement to attend the University of New Hampshire, before relenting and opting to stay in Germany instead.
He missed the first part of the 2020-21 DEL season as a result of a broken arm.
There was speculation the injury would drop his draft value considerably.
He was overhyped by hockey pundits, leading into his draft year.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is the highest drafted German born player in NHL history.
He was drafted by the Senators with the first rounder acquired in the Erik Karlsson trade.
His selection was announced by Alex Trebek, in one of Trebek's last public appearances prior to his death.
He was the captain of the German national team that played the first couple games of the 2021 World Juniors short-handed as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak on the roster.
His first NHL goal was memorable, as he bounced the puck off of a Maple Leafs defenseman and past Jack Campbell.
Campbell responded by saying he was impressed with his accuracy and skill as a result.
