Why he might be annoying:

While performing at the Scottish festival, 'T in the Park,' Jake wore a toga without underwear under it and when the band went to take a bow after the encore, the toga fell off causing Jake to be completely nude onstage.
Their video for 'Filthy/Gorgeous' was banned because it featured the band members engaging in sexual acts, getting spanked and playing with a various selection of sex toys.
    Paddy and Ana smoke.

Why he might not be annoying:

Ever since they released 'Comfortably Numb' in the UK, they've been one of the biggest bands in Britain. Having multiple chart success with singles and their album.
Many famous musicians attended their gigs including Bono, George Michael and Elton John.
Their live shows are described as incredibly theatrical, featuring elements of the New York City's club night life, drag shows and the performing arts.
For their Halloween show, they dressed up as characters from the 'Rocky Horror Picture Show' and many forms of media claimed it as one of the best live shows ever seen.
Artists they've supported gigs for include Elton John. and Duran Duran.
Ana made #10 on NME Magazine's Cool List of 2004.
Three out of the five members are openly gay, while the other two support gay rights.
Even though the music video for 'Filthy/Gorgeous' was banned, they created two (one being filthy and the other being gorgeous), so the 'Gorgeous' video will be allowed on air play.
