Why he might be annoying:

During his 'Real World' season, he was completely obsessed with his body image.
He opted to workout at the gym instead of attending castmate Cara's farewell performance at a local coffee shop.
He was a recovering alcoholic by his early 20's, and was just two months sober when appearing on the 'Real World.'
He turned to drugs and alcohol after finding 'independence from his strict Catholic upbringing.'
He totaled his car in a drinking and driving accident.
Although gay, he admitted that he picked on gay students during high school.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is a talented painter, and has his own art studio.
He was one of the most compassionate and caring 'Real World' cast members.
He does runway modeling, and got 'Real World' cast mate Kyle Brandt to model with him at one show.
He tours colleges and universities educating students about the hazards of drinking to excess.
He said: 'my sexuality is part of me, and I didn't want to be defined by a 3-letter word.'
He said: 'I have a lot more to offer than who I sleep with.'
