Why Las Vegas (TV Series) might be annoying:

It was originally going to be called 'Casino Eye.'
Don Johnson declined the role of Ed Deline before it was settled with James Caan.
Elvis Presley's song 'A Little Less Conversation' was only used as its opening theme in U.S. TV broadcasts while Charlie Clouser's song 'Let it Ride' is used for syndicated reruns and home media.
Despite the Montecito casino being located near the Luxor hotel casino resort, views from its rooms came from The Mirage.
James Caan expected to have his role to have limited time.
The departures of Marsha Thomason, James Caan and Nikki Cox caused its ratings to drop.
It moved from the Monday timeslot to the Friday night death slot in the middle of its third season run.
It was canceled after its 5th season with a cliffhanger because of the Writers' Guild Strike.

Why Las Vegas (TV Series) might not be annoying:

It was a strong ratings contender in its first season against 'Monday Night Football,' 'Everybody Loves Raymond,' 'Joe Millionaire,' 'Skin,' and 'My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance.'
Some places on this show were actually filmed in Las Vegas, Nevada.
It has done cross over episodes with 'Crossing Jordan.'
Alec Baldwin, Little Richard, Mark McGrath, Sylvester Stallone, Las Vegas mayor Oscar Goodman and Jewel made guest appearances on the show.
Josh Duhamel's character Danny McCoy appeared on a few episodes of 'Crossing Jordan' and on all 106 episodes of this show.
It gave Tom Selleck a main starring role after 'Magnum P.I.' went off the air.
Tom Selleck, Larry Manetti and Roger E. Mosley starred together in one episode as they formed a 'Magnum P.I.' reunion.
The Montecito appeared in several occasions on several shows, including 'Heroes,' 'Medium' and 'Monk.'
