Why she might be annoying:

Her nickname was Moose.
She hasn't aged well.
She got her job on 'You Can't Do That on Television' by accompanying her friend on the audition. The producer told her to audition or leave, she did and got the part but lost her friend.
Although she was on the show for 7 years, she was always tricked into getting slimed or watered by Ross.
She was cool with getting slimed and watered because she got more money for it.
She dyed her hair so they had to go out and get her two wigs (one to wear normally and one to be slimed and watered in).

Why she might not be annoying:

She was the kid who stayed on the show longest.
All future hosts of the show basically mimicked her.
She is one of the first people you think of when thinking of 'You Can't Do That on Television.'
'You Can't Do That on Television' helped to start Nickelodeon.
