Why he might be annoying:

    His actual birth name is Nelison.
    He left college to pursue an NBA career after two years.
    He missed four consecutive free-throw shots, which cost the Magic a victory in Game 1 of the NBA Finals (1995).
    His poductivity declined dramatically following his blunder in the Finals.
    His inability to shoot free throws led some Magic fans to call him 'Nick the Brick' and 'Brick Anderson'.
    Despite being with the Magic for ten years, he was unceremoniously dumped in the team's 1999 fire sale.
    He spent the final season of his career on a bad Grizzlies team.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was the first player drafted by the Magic franchise.
    He scored a career high 50 points off the bench (1993).
    He was a reliable scoring threat during the earlier stages of his career.
    He was a member of the Fighting Illini men's basketball team that reached the NCAA Finals (1989).
    He was the last original member of the Magic franchise to remain with the team prior to his 1999 trade.
