    Catcher for the San Francisco Giants (2001–05), Seattle Mariners (2005), Colorado Rockies (2006–09), San Diego Padres (2010) and Texas Rangers

Why he might be annoying:

    His middle name is Adolfo.
    He is considered a weak hitter by baseball pundits.
    Despite being on the Giants roster for six seasons, he was primarily used as a backup.
    He whined to the San Francisco media about his lack of playing time.
    His unusual name was a result of his parents being undecided on what to name him, so they combined the names of Yorman and Victor to create Yorvit.

    He is considered a reliable defensive catcher.
    He was a member of two World Series finalist teams (2002, 2007).
    He put on a clutch performance during the Rockies Cinderella run to the World Series (2007).
    He was placed on the restricted list after it was revealed his son and two of his relatives were abducted and held for $50,000 ransom (2009).
    Following his re-instatement,his son threw the first pitch in game #3 of the NLDS (2009).
