    She sometimes goes by Sheila Melo, and her full name is Sheila Chesed de Almeida Mello.
    She wasn't an original member of É o Tchan!; she signed on as a replacement for Carla Perez in 1998.
    She participated in the Brazilian TV reality series 'A Fazenda 2' in 2009, coming in 7th place (evicted 8th).

    She is a graduate of both classical and modern styles of ballet.
