Why he might be annoying:

His last name is spelled in the same form as the organ, but pronounced 'Cologne.'
The Indians didn't care about his win-loss record when they traded him to the Montreal Expos for little in return.
He signed a contract with the Angels that paid him more than he was worth, despite the fact he had a 15-13 record with the White Sox.
He got suspended for five games for fighting in a game against the Orioles.
He was suspended for 50 games after testing positive for performance enhancing drugs (August 22, 2012).

Why he might not be annoying:

He was the first player in a long time to record 10 wins each in two different leagues as he went 10-4 with both the Indians and Expos.
He was ranked in the top 20 by Baseball America for the best minor league prospects (1997).
