Why Futurama might be annoying
The show was easily promoted due to the tag line 'from the creators of the Simpsons.'
The show didn't live up to the reputation of Matt Groening's 'Simpsons.'
The show was briefly cancelled after the fifth season due to its suggestive content (2002).
It was moved to 11 P.M. as part of the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim.
The cartoon is inappropriate for children.
The opening scene, a spaceship crashing into a large TV set, was removed due to the events of September 11th.
Why Futurama might not be annoying
Phil Hartman, who worked on 'The Simpsons,' was schedule to provide voices on 'Futurama.'
Most of the animations are done in South Korea.
Futurama has many shots that include 3D effects.
The show isa a good satire of historical events and figures.
Because J is Matt Groening's favorite initial, he has a major character named Philip J. Fry in Futurama, like Homer J. Simpson in 'The Simpsons.'
