Why she might be annoying
Her first fax to Cosby demanding money arrived on the same day his son Ennis was murdered.
Cosby’s lawyer warned her that her demands could be seen as an extortion attempt.
She responded by sending Cosby a copy of a $25,000 contract she had negotiated with the Globe for her story.
When Cosby offered to take a blood test to determine if he was Jackson’s father, she refused.
She and her mother were arrested for welfare fraud, having illegally collected $40,000 in child care benefits (2007).
Why she might not be annoying
Cosby admitted to having an extramarital affair with Jackson’s mother, Shawn Thompson Upshaw.
Cosby admitted to paying Upshaw and Jackson $100,000 over the years to keep the affair secret.
She passed a lie detector test indicating that she believed Cosby to be her father.
Cosby did not agree to a paternity test until midway through her trial, suggesting that privately he was not as certain of not being her father as he acted in public.
She married boyfriend Antonay Williams even though he testified against her in her extortion trial.
