Why Andy Milonakis Show might be annoying:

Andy spends most of the show running around like an idiot.
He wears the same clothes in every episode.
In every episode, a guy called The Fish Dude, comes out randomly holding a fish.
The show switched from MTV to its less popular MTV2 network.
One episode featured John Stamos up in a tree, while Andy yelled, 'John Stamos is stuck in a tree!'
It is obviously made on a super low budget.

Why Andy Milonakis Show might not be annoying:

Because it is low budget and appears on cable it does not have to depend on ratings and can appeal to its target audience.
It featured many celebrity guest stars.
It does not intellectually challenge its viewers.
