    Challenged the Quebec Bulldogs for the Stanley Cup (1912)
    They were the third team nicknamed the Victorias to compete for the Stanley Cup.
    They were outscored 17-3 in both games of their Stanley Cup challenge series.
    The second game was an 8-0 shutout at the hands of the Bulldogs.
    They changed leagues three times during the course of their history.
    They ceased operations a year after losing the Stanley Cup challenge series.
    They were the first team from New Brunswick to compete for the Stanley Cup.
    They were one of the charter members of the Maritime Professional Hockey League.
    Future Hockey Hall of Famers Jack Walker and Tommy Smith were members of the team.
    Similar to their counterparts in Montreal and Winnipeg, they took their name after Queen Victoria.
    Despite losing the Stanley Cup challenge series, their accomplishment to compete for the trophy served as a source of pride for both the city and the province as a whole.
