    Played for Winnipeg Jets (1981-1990), Buffalo Sabres (1990-1995), St. Louis Blues (1995-1996) and the Philadelphia Flyers (1996-1997)

Why he might be annoying:

    He spent his prime years on a mediocre Jets team.
    He fell out of favor with Mike Keenan in St. Louis which led to his trade.
    Despite his superstar status, his teams failed to advance past the second round of the playoffs.
    His productivity decreased after his trade from Winnipeg.
    He was injury prone in the later stages of his career.
    He played in the Stanley Cup Finals during his final season (his team didn't win).
    His career was overshadowed by both Wayne Gretzky and Peter Stastny's.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was the youngest player to record 100+ points during his rookie season (1981-82).
    He was instrumental in the turnaround of the Jets franchise.
    He recorded 100+ points for five straight seasons.
    He was a fan favorite in Winnipeg.
    Many Winnipeggers feel his trade began the demise and eventual relocation of the Jets franchise.
    He played in the All-Star Game during his rookie season.
    He recorded a career high 130 points during the 1984-85 season.
    He was the first Winnipeg Jet to be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
