    Born in Waterbury, Connecticut

Why he might be annoying:

    The Knights of Columbus started out as an insurance company.
    He was annoyingly baby faced.
    His body was moved and re interred after his death.

Why he might not be annoying:

    The Knights of Columbus blossomed into a full scale Catholic men's charitable organization that in some years donates in excess of 150 million dollars and 70 million man hours to charitable efforts without discriminating between Catholics and non-Catholics in who they help.
    He died young.
    He was known as a very hard worker and was much loved for his wonderful personality.
    The insurance provided by the Knights of Columbus was desperately needed by the poor immigrants of his time.
    The oldest of thirteen children, he lost six brothers and sisters growing up.
    His father died when he was nineteen.
    He took his first job at a brass factory when he was only thirteen to help his impoverished family.
