The Resume

    (October 10, 1972- )
    Born in Louisiana
    Runner-up on Survivor Samoa
    Resides in Dayton, Texas
    5’6

Why he might be annoying:

He won’t fix his missing tooth (hey, Jewel!).
By the end of the 1990s, he had a remarkable string of busts under his belt (including two for drugs and one for stealing a car).
While his tribe mates were sleeping, he emptied their canteens, burned some of their socks, and (in the merged tribe) tampered with the chicken coop.
‘Call me the puppetmaster. When I tell them to run, they’re gonna run. When I tell them to stop, they’ll stop. And when I’m finished with them, just throw them in the trash.’
He was not a Hurricane Katrina survivor, as he told his fellow Foa Foa. (Debbie Beebe commented on this issue on her Survivor blog.)
In a poorly-executed hustle, he flashed his ‘hidden’ immunity idol to almost everyone in the newly-formed Aiga.
He was Jeff Probst’s teacher’s pet.
He carried a chauvinistic attitude not only towards the women in the game but towards women in general.

Why he might not be annoying:

‘I didn’t come here to work, I came to play!’
And yet, in the midst of a continuous rainstorm, he was out chopping wood while the rest of the tribe was nursing their water wounds or complaining about freezing.
As tribal leader for the Foa Foa, Mick elected him as the strongman for the flint reward challenge.
He found the hidden immunity idol without a single clue, in the second episode — before any information was given about one (and that wasn’t the only time)!
Realizing there was no chance to sway the mindset of the tribe, he went along with the Ben vote.
As he found the second Hidden Immunity Idol, he stated that it was worth giving up reward brownies and chicken for.
Laura’s summary of his playing the Hidden Immunity Idol for the second time: ‘He just stirred up a whole lot of hell… is what he did’ (he nullified the majority of votes, thus dropping Kelly through the trapdoor).
He ‘befriended’ Shambo, with whom the Galu engaged in mutual disrespect.
On Day 36 – the final day it could be played – he opted to retain the idol as a souvenir.
He won the final immunity challenge – balancing a statue on an increasing post – while Mick and Natalie fell within seconds of each other.
