He decided not to run for a third term because he wants to hang out with his family more often.
He is a Christian, but not a fundementalist.
He is a fiscal conservative who wants to make his state business-friendly.
International sales of Washington goods increased during his administration.
Welfare rolls were cut 43% and tens of thousands of those people found jobs.
He helped provide cheaper medicine for senior citizens.
He took steps against terrorism, drunk driving, drug use, and domestic violence.
He helped persuade Boeing to build its new 7E7 airplane in Washington.
