Why he might be annoying:

He was dealt twice in the 2005 season.
He named his kids Chassity and Chaseton.
The Twins traded him to the Mets while they were in a pennant race with the Indians.
He looks overweight for a baseball player.
His stay with the Cubs lasted just 20 games.
He spent most of his career playing for non-contending teams.
He played for six different baseball teams.
He admittedly used steroids.

Why he might not be annoying:

His hometown of Gulfport, Mississippi took the brunt of Hurricane Katrina.
He donates his time to numerous charities that every team he is involved with supports.
Shortly after the Twins traded him the Twins collapsed paving the way for the Indians to win the AL Central.
He is friends with Brett Favre.
