Why he might be annoying:

Two words: pretty boy.
Some perceived him as being 'difficult.'
His strong start to the 2009 season eroded as he failed to crack the Top 10 in 7 of the last 8 races of the year.
His failure to win a race under the Panther Racing team led to him being replaced by fellow driver J.R. Hilderbrand.
He lent his voice to as a guest on the TV series 'Hot Wheels Battle Force 5.'

Why he might not be annoying:

While racing in Britain, he had an interesting rivalry with Jensen Button.
In 2003, he was named AutoSport's Rookie of the Year.
His record six IRL wins in 2005 broke Sam Hornish, Jr.'s previous record of five victories.
He won the 2008 Iowa Corn Indy 250 on his 30th birthday.
In 2011, he became the first driver in Indy history to win the race by leading a single lap.
His mother suffered from Alzheimer's Disease.
Prior to his death, he had advocated for more safety enhancements for drivers, vehicles, and racing venues in the IRl and other auto racing leagues.
