She used to live in Alaska, where her father worked as an international pilot.

Her figure skating idol is Michelle Kwan.
In fact, she learned her favorite jump, the triple lutz jump, from Michelle Kwan herself.
Ironically, she had wonderful memories of Alaska and took figure skating as a way of not forgetting them.
She's attending Waseda University.
