She has Tourette’s Syndrome which causes her to chirp like a bird at random times.
Despite her small size, she wears a necklace that says “Big Wendy.”
She released the chickens from their cage to prevent the others in her tribe from eating them.

Why she might not be annoying:

She makes her own clothing.
She bruised her ankle during the game, but kept playing through the injury.
At the tribal split-and-reshuffle, she was the only player not to end up on a tribe with any of her former tribemates.
She seemed to have a good attitude even when getting voted out.
