    Pitcher for the Montreal Expos (1969-1972) and the Atlanta Braves (1973-1976)
    NL Rookie of the Year (1970)
    Died of a heart attack following his jogging exercise at age 39

Why he might be annoying:

    He recorded a career high of 125 walks (1970).
    His pitching performance in Montreal went into decline following the season he was the NL Rookie of the Year , until he was sent to Atlanta.
    He spent most of his Major League playing career with mediocre teams.
    He and Thurman Munson died in their 30s as they were the first rookie of the year award winners from the same year to die young.

    He was an outfielder for the University of Oklahoma baseball team.
    He pitched for the inaugural Expos team.
    He posted a winning 18-11 record, resulting in him becoming the first Expos player to win the NL Rookie of the Year Award.
    He recorded three straight 15 win seasons after his trade to the Braves.
