    (1963-1967)
    Born in London, United Kingdom
Dennis D'Ell (birth name Dennis Dalziel), lead vocals and harmonica
Ann 'Honey' Lantree, drums and vocals

Recorded the single 'Have I The Right?' (1964)

Why they might be annoying:

    They were one-hit wonders.
Vocalist D'Ell had trouble re-producing their hit song live, since the recording had been sped up.
In the liner notes of their debut album, they were referred to by their old name, 'The Sheratons.'
Murray quit the band after falling off a stage during a tour of the Far East (1964).
Two different versions of the band toured the oldies circuit.

Why they might not be annoying:

'Have I The Right?' hit #1 in England and #5 in the US.
Honey Lantree pre-dated Maureen Tucker of the Velvet Underground as rock's first female drummer.
Producer Joe Meek enhanced the pounding drums on 'Have I The Right' by overdubbing the band stomping their feet on the wooden stairs outside his studio.
AllMusic wrote that their records 'all seemed to possess an almost manic emotional edge.'
