Mercedes McNab as Harmony Kendall (2003-2004)
Stephanie Romanov as Lilah Morgan (2000-2003)
Spin-off of Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Premise: Angel, the vampire with a soul, moves to Los Angeles and fights demons with his detective agency ‘Angel Investigations’

Why Angel might be annoying:

It was never as good as Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
It was less popular than Buffy.
In the second season, Angel was outed as a Barry Manilow fan.
The episode ‘Spin the Bottle’ was exactly like the Buffy episode ‘Tabula Rasa.’
Sarah Michelle Gellar was supposed to guest star in two episodes of Season Five, but she never did. In fact, they used a blonde Buffy body double twice, and it wasn’t very convincing.
Creator Joss Whedon fired Charisma Carpenter in the fourth season because he thought the character of Cordelia had run her course.
Fans were outraged when the character of Doyle was killed only a few episodes into the series.
There were rumors that Glenn Quinn was fired from the show because of his drug problem.
Many fans found the Cordelia/Angel romance forced.
Charisma Carpenter looked much better as a brunette than a blonde.
It had a doomed, tragic ending.

Why Angel might not be annoying:

It was unjustly cancelled by The WB when it was rated second only to Smallville among 18-34 year olds.
The cancellation surprised the Angel cast and crew, and they only had six episodes to wrap up storylines that had been going on for years.
In a second season episode, creator Joss Whedon played a dancing green demon named Numfar, that was enjoyed by all.
The character of Wesley went from prissy coward to sexy, unshaven bad-ass in five seasons.
It developed a cult fan base, just like Buffy.
Glenn Quinn died of a drug overdose two years after he was killed on the show.
It established itself as more adult and dark than Buffy and set itself apart.
