Why he might be annoying:

He said he had a dream before Superbowl 36, that The Patriots would win the Superbowl and He would get to play (1 for 2 is not that bad).
He threw 4 interceptions against The Packers in Superbowl 31.
After he had success in 2003 as a Bill, many sports writers said the Patriots should have traded Tom Brady to the the Bills instead.
He was one of the slowest players in the NFL.

He was the first pick of the 1993 NFL Draft.
After Tom Brady was injured in the 2002 AFC Conference game against The Steelers, he came off the bench.
He won that game, advancing The Patriots into the Superbowl.
He served as International Chairman of the Children's Miracle Network.
